Barbara Ann Weber Polen Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Weber Polen of Columbiana, Ohio, born in East Palestine, Ohio, who passed away on March 6, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Weber and Julia Murphy Weber; her granddaughter Anne Polen; and her brothers, Frederick and David Weber.
She is survived by: her husband John E. Polen; her children, Matthew Polen (Brenda) of Columbiana and Julie Bussard (Fred) of Columbiana; her siblings, Bruce Weber of Calcutta and Trudy Scarborough of Salem; and her grandchildren, Jina Fast (Brian Weber), Adam Fast (Halley), Jeni Mose (Brian), Robert Polen (Niki) and Meredith Polen (Michael Shaffer). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
