He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Sr. and Tressie; and his granddaughter Stephanie Roig. He is survived by: his wife Patsy "Pat"; his daughters, Lisa Surman (Dave), Lora Ebel (Dan) and Anita Ramage (Jeff Mattey); and his sister Dolores Lowder. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
