He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Reyes and Julia Reyes. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Reyes; his daughters, Renee Faulkner and Jodi Elek; his grandchildren, Megan Faulker (Cody), Steven Elek (Shannon), Morgan Elek and Anthony Elek; and his sister Nilda Moralas (Louie).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Columbia Station Fire Department.
