He was predeceased by: his father Frederick Kirchner; and his brother Fred Kirchner (Connie). He is survived by: his wife Karen Kirchner; his daughters, Kiersten Franklin (Chris) and Miranda Hickman (Seth); his grandchildren, Schriever Bourgeois, David Bourgeois, Westley Franklin, Reuben Hickman and Lucy Hickman; and his siblings, Virginia Gilbride (late Jerry), David Kirchner (Shirley) and James Kirchner (Rose).
