He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughters, Denise Carlson (Chris) of Chardon, Tina Kazel of Columbia Station and Stefanie Montoya (Javier) of Sugarland, TX.; his grandchildren, Xavier Montoya, Brooke, Cody, Mackenzie and Keegan; his great grandchild Parker; and his sister Donna Jelen (Richard) of Grafton.
