He is survived by: his wife Sandra; his children, Crystal (Aaron Meadows), Caitlin Haggard (Erik), Kevin (Amanda Glazer) and Evin; his grandchildren, Julian and Amelia; his father Donald; and his brothers, Donald (Liz) and Michael (Nikki). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many dear friends.
