He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Clive; and his siblings, William, Carol Sue and Stella Jean. He is survived by: his wife Linda Sue Mollohan; his daughters, Vicky Mollohan-Simmons (Jimmy) and Nicole Mollohan; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Schnupp (Jon) and Sarah Sampsell-Alexander (Todd); his grandchildren, Amanda Dillon, Michael Dillon (Jillian), Becca Simmons (Tracy), Nicholas Simmons and Zachary Mollohan; and his sister Ina Smucker. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
