Kolis of Columbia Station, Ohio, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 17, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Shafer and John S. Kolis; and his stepfather Will Shafer. He is survived by: his spouse Gayle; his siblings-in-law, Sandra and Dennis Marek; his nieces and nephews, Scott Marek, Shelley Thomay (Brian), Kristine Oravets (Mike), Lauren Earle (Bryan), Allison Thomay, Michael and Matthew Oravets; and his pets, Sprite (Burmese), April, Alex (Twin American Shorthairs) and Tyler (American Shorthair).
