She is survived by: her husband Dale; her children, Christopher Adkins (Jennifer) of Amherst, Joshua Adkins of Columbia Station and Lacey Adkins of Fairview Park; her grandchildren, Emma, Olivia, Mason, Gabriella and Lincoln; and her siblings, Lura Keller (Thomas) and Stephan Dotson.
