It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald F. Barta (Columbia Station, Ohio), who passed away on January 4, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Barta and Sadie Barta; and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his wife Janet Barta (Dobson); his children, Dawn Heinrichs (David), Scott Barta (Michelle), Wayne Barta (Coleen) and Amy Fortuna (Frank); his grandchildren, Bethany Berg (Wesley), Rich Gentry (Sarah), Brittany Barta, Owen Barta, Nathan Barta, Austin Barta, Sam Fortuna, Kevin Barta, Brian Barta and Susan Fortuna; and his sister Doris Krese (late Edward). He is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
