He was predeceased by: his parents, John V. Clark and Fannie K. Clark; his brother Vincent "Pucky" Clark; and his sister-in-law Michelle Clark. He is survived by: his children, Eryan Dauzat (Daniel) of Litchfield, Nick Cooper of Columbia Station and Thomas Clark of Columbia Station; his stepmother Linda J. Clark of Columbia Station; his brothers, Anthony "Casey" Clark (Margie) of Olmsted Township, John "Jay" Clark of Berea, Keith Clark of Columbia Station and Jody Clark (Jackie) of Strongsville; and his stepbrothers, Nick Pinardo of LaGrange and Mike Pinardo (Sharon) of West Virginia.
