He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Bowker and Marie Bowker (Glomb); and his siblings, Donald Bowker, Ron Bowker, Sue Brown and Jim Bowker.

He is survived by: his wife Barbara Kathryn Bowker (Sterling); his children, Greg Bowker and Angie Bicknell; his grandchildren, Gregory Bowker, Rachael Adams (Aaron) and Rick Bicknell (Hannah); and his great grandchildren, Bentley and Ricky Bicknell. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made in his memory to the Milford Twp.
