He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. and Mary A. Bunger (Fisher); his brother Philip Bunger; and his nieces, Linda Howell and Patricia Bunger.
He is survived by: his sister Shirley Benge; and his nieces and nephews, Brenda Bledsoe (Daniel), Cindy Gilbert, Pam Bowling, Everett Benge, Tom Benge (Monica), Richard Benge (Aubrie), Doug Benge and Nicholas Bunger (Jessica). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
