He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Blakley and Mary Blakley (Hoelle); his wife Juanita Hackworth; his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Fisher, Donald Fisher, Eddie Schenck, Frank Janik and Lloyd Barnes; and his parents-in-law, Goldie and James Hackworth.
He is survived by: his sister Norma Barnes; his children, Lynn Eisele (Bill), Beverly Foutz (Philip), Kevin Blakley (Anita) and Scott Blakley (Janet); and his grandchildren, Robyn Huston, Heath Eisele (Tracy), Tyler Sparks (Kim), Trisha Adkins (Mike), Holly Munoz (Ivan), Brian Foutz (Hollie), Laurie Wethington (David), Kyle Blakley (Amber), Dean Blakley (Laney), Jerry (Erin), Josh (Taylor) and Justin Blakley. He is also survived by twenty-three great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested to be sent to Collinsville Grange #2264, 854 Oxford-Middletown Rd. Hamilton, OH 45013, or sent to Ohio State Grange to be set aside for the "Junior or Youth Grange Department" at 16303 Village Parkway, Fredericktown, Ohio 43019-9585.
