He was predeceased by: his parents, Jane Motolik (Sharp) and Peter Motolik; his wife Jean Motolik; and his brothers, Pete Motolik, Paul Motolik and Michael Motolik (Mick).
He is survived by: his daughter Kristen Behm (Clinton); his grandchildren, Makaiah Thomas, Haylee Thomas, Summer Thomas, Emily Behm and Amelia Behm; and his brother John Motolik. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
