He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Lykins and Roxie Lykins (Crager); his siblings, Eldon Lykins and Janice Hartman; and his daughter Susan Tesmer.
He is survived by: his close friend Margaret "Skeeter" Dauch of Collins; his uncle Edgar Crager of South Point, OH; his sister Phyllis Sands (late Homer) of Willard; and his niece Jill Chaffins. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews.
