Hazel M. Ward Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel M. Ward of Collins, Ohio, who passed away on April 23, 2022 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marjorie Ward and Warren Ward; and her sister Viona Carey. She is survived by: her siblings, Cornelia Giesecke (Larry) of Collins and Warren Nelson Ward of Alabama. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, great-grand-nieces, and great-grand-nephews.
Those wishing to contribute to Hazel's memory may do so to her family, to be donated to the youth program at Calvary Baptist Church and the girls' athletic programs at Western Reserve High School.
