He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Underwood and Walter Underwood; and his sister Christine Dunford (Donnie). He is survived by: his wife Teresa M. Underwood (Welch); his children, Mikey Underwood, Megan Underwood and Sherry Matthews (Mike); his grandchildren, Jordan, Brynnlee, Elijah and Caleb; and his siblings, Brenda Jones (Nathan), Teresa Freese (Alan), Jackie Underwood and Gary Underwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
