She was predeceased by: her parents, Fannie Bowman and John Bowman; her brother John Bowman, Jr.; and her son Napoleon McGinnis, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Napoleon McGinnis, Sr.; her son Robert McGinnis; her grandchildren, Treymaine Proffitt, Patrice Logan (Derrick), Anthony Williams (Evelyn), Mahogany Morgan, Cameron McGinnis (Ashley), Michael McGinnis (Adriana), NaTasha Armstead, Raaqim Young and Hakeem Williams; her great grandchildren, Angela Whitterson, Nionna Byrd, Noah Byrd, Nyla Byrd, Anthony Williams, Jr., Isaac Avery McGinnis, Bodni Paxton, Gabriella Ingram and Ermias Whitterson; and her sister-in-law Maxine McGinnis. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
