She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Neltner; her daughter Nancy Neltner; her parents, Adeline Lonnemann and Lawrence Lonnemann; her sisters, Mary Vennemann (Bob), Betty Luersen (Harold) and Barbara Keller (Joe); and her sister-in-law Deloris Dauer (Bob).
She is survived by: her children, Terry Chapman (Ted), Cheryl Kircher (Jim), Tom Neltner (Janet Fox) and Ed Neltner (Kim); her grandchildren, Kevin Kircher, Beth Chance (Ashley), Jamie Kircher, Eric Chapman (Sarah), Brian Neltner, Mark Chapman (Megan), Julie Kuhn (Joe), Katie Siefker (Kevin), Steven Neltner, Angela Siefert (Brian), Michael (Sara), Chris and Rachel Neltner; and her great grandchildren, Samantha, Austin, Avery Chance, Noah, Hannah, Jonah Chapman, Declan, Benjamin, Luke, Theo Siefert, Korinne, Kourtney, Kody Siefker, Bryce Chapman, Emma, Winston Kuhn and Vivian Neltner.
