He was predeceased by: his father Mentor. He is survived by: his spouse Michele; his son Nicholas Smith; his stepdaughters, Rhonda Loosle and Tina Ahr; his grandsons, Sam, Hunter and Tanner; his great grandchildren, Genevieve and Nolan; his mother Jane; his stepfather Ron Bommer; and his sisters, Nancy Fay (late Bill), Karen Reuckert (Geno) and Patty Russo (Frank).
