She is survived by: her husband Wilbur D. Starcher; her siblings, Lucille Hoce of Parkersburg, WV, Doris Ruble of Mineral Wells, WV and Shirley A. Berlin of San Marcos, TX.; her children, Michael L. Starcher (Kay) and Terry M. Starcher; her grandchildren, Michael D. Starcher of Annville, KY, John P. Starcher (Tammy) of McKee, KY, Retha J. Starcher of McKee, KY, David P. Starcher and Alex Starcher of Richmond, IN.; her great grandchildren, Eric Weaver of Connersville, IN, Kaylin DeGoat (Josh) of Connersville, IN, Jazz Creech (Cody) of Bowling Green, KY, Jonathan Starcher of McKee, KY, Jordan Bundy of McKee, KY, Brandon Starcher of McKee and Josie Starcher of Anvil, KY.; and her great great grandchildren, Richard Starcher, Raylin Weaver, Easton Weaver, Owen Creech and Knox Creech. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
