He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Campbell (Mize); his children, John Campbell (Midge), Patrick Wayne Campbell (Nicole), Jeffrey Scott Campbell (Dorothy) and Lisa Cox (Phil); his grandchildren, Trynt (Jessann), Josh, Clay, Tristan, Noah, Kayla, Alyson, Emma and Sara; his great grandchildren, Landon, Lachlyn, Levi and Ava; and his siblings, Lee, Ira Campbell and Jeanette Cameron. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
