It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas Hiram Taylor of College Corner, Ohio, born in Doddsville, Mississippi, who passed away on February 4, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Jewel Scroggins Taylor and Hiram E. Taylor; his stepmother Lillian Lindsey Taylor; his half-brothers, Ray Arnold, William Arnold and Tommy Arnold; and his brother-in-law Bill White.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth White Taylor (Betty); his children, Jennifer Sibley (Tony) of College Corner and Brian Taylor (Barbel) of Bonita Springs; his sister Joy Stietenroth (Conrad) of Normangee; his sister-in-law Judy White of Camden; and his stepgranddaughter Sarah Page (Paul) of Bonita Springs, Florida..
Donations in his memory may be made to the College Corner United Methodist Church and the West College Corner Volunteer Fire Department.
