She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Lee and Lucille Lee (Van Horne); and her husband Alfred Trouten. She is survived by: her children, James A. Trouten of Martins Ferry and Lou Ellen Pell (Ralph) of Morgantown, WV; and her sister Wilda Bugala of Newark, OH.. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
