He was predeceased by: his daughter Melissa Nolan; and his sister Patty Daley (Mike). He is survived by: his fiancée Jill Pepple; his daughter Molly Layshock (Greg); his grandchild Alistair; his brother Michael Nolan (Georgeann); his nieces, Mary Kay Spellman (Kate) and Jennifer Spellman; his nephew Randy Nolan; and also Aubrey Spellman.
