He was predeceased by: his sisters, Kathy Dennis (Dick) and Linda Bohman (Michael); and his parents, Frank Gulley and Mary Gulley (Harper). He is survived by: his niece Mary Beth Carson (Brian); and his nephews, Andrew Dennis (Rachel), Robert Bohman (Amanda) and David Bohman.
