She is survived by: her children, Ben S. Kowalczyk (Joyce) of Salem, Barbara Waddell (Gary) of Burleson and Jim Kowalczyk (Teresa) of Maynard. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
