She is survived by: her children, Brenda Ann Fowler of Colerain, Terence Leo Fowler (Ramiro Sandoval) of Cumming, GA, Sharon Marie Ballard (Richard), Bruce E. Fowler, Sr. (Terrie) of Pittsburgh, PA and Robert J. Fowler, III (Ann) of Cape Coral, FL.; her grandson Robert J. Fowler, IV (Melody); her great grandchildren, Robert V "Joey" and Katie of Fredericksburg, VA.; her children, Corbin Joseph of Cape Coral, FL., Laycee, Gage, Adilee of Memphis, TN., Wyatt, Waylon, Walker and Wade of Uniontown, PA.; her siblings, Patricia Link (Charles) of Bellaire and Donald Smith (Debbie) of Lake Alfred, FL.; and also, Tonya, Linda, Fran, Pam and Medicine-Wheeling Hospital. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, her beloved church family, and many other family and friends.
