He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Dow and Elenora Dow (Harris); and his brothers, Larry and Mark Dow. He is survived by: his wife Donna Donley; his daughters, Brandi Dow McLawhorn of Ayden, NC and Brook McFarlane (Paul) of Spring, TX; his brother Charles "Chuck" Dow of Rice Landing, PA; and his grandchildren, Jordon, Hunter Dow, Hannah McLawhorn, Keegan Neal and Landry McFarlane.
