She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde "Sonny" Porter and Mary Porter (Anderson); her brothers, Clyde "Chip" Porter and Joel Porter; and her niece Dawn Love Porter.
She is survived by: her nephew Brian David Porter; her children, James Meeker, Jr. (Stacie) of Colerain and MaryEllen Gust of Colerain; her grandchildren, Kiersten Meeker (Zac Schnegg), Logan Meeker, Hannah Meeker and Hunter Edwards (James); her siblings, Sharon Lynn Porter, Molly Sue Rouse (Michael) and Jim Porter; and her sisters-in-law, Sharon Lee Porter, Peggy Porter and Julia Wengerd (Joe). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Presbyterian Church Martins Ferry or Wheeling Area Habitat for Humanity.
