Joan L. (nee Danton); Beloved wife of the late N. Dennis Schibik Jr.; Devoted mother of N. Dennis (Cheryl Busch) Schibik III, Kim (Sean) Gillen, Renee Schibik, Nikki Mayes, Donnie Dennison, David Dennison and Diana Castine; Dear grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren; Sister of Jimmy Danton, John Wargo and the late Larry Long and LuJean Wargo; Passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018; Age 78; Resident of Colerain Twp.; She was a Foster Parent for 31 years, Foster Parent of the Year Award in 1986, Foster Parent Shining Star Award in 1998 and an avid Steelers Fan; Funeral Service will be held at Neidhard-Young Funeral Home 7401 Hamilton Ave., Mt. Healthy on Thursday, April 26, 2018 at 3 PM; Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-7 PM; Donations may be sent to St. Joseph Orphanage 5400 Edalbert Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45239.
