He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar H. Gautschi and Carrie M. Gautschi (Flouhouse); his wife Zettie Gautschi; and his sisters, Norma Jean Coss, Patricia Jones, Marjorie Macri and Willa Mae Russell.
He is survived by: his children, Pamela Graham (Harry), Bradley Gautschi, Vicki Sammeth (Ronald) and Sheldon Gautschi (Melissa). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 33 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Heslop Chapel (415 Walnut St, Martins Ferry, OH 43935). The military honors was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 1:30 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, October 2nd 2024 at 2:00 PM and at 2:30 PM.
