She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Beverly "Bill" Tipton and Sylvia Ann Tipton; her siblings, Teresa Foster (William Mayer) and Kim Parker (Wayne); her nieces and nephews, Cynthia Dunn (Derek), Rebecca Gessner (Brandon), Jamie Parker (Dustin McDole), Alexis Bollmer (T. J.) and Cody Parker (Lauren); and her close friend Mary Elizabeth Jones. She was also cherished by 11 great nieces and great nephews.
