She was predeceased by: her parent Glennister A.; and her husband Gerald R. Thornton. She is survived by: her parent Mary E. Blanchard, Sr. (Smith); her husband John A. Tate; her children, Gerald R. Thornton, II (Sara) of Brilliant, OH and Mary A. Mackey (John) of Mingo Junction, OH; her brothers, Rex Blanchard (Violet Haines) of Mingo Junction, OH and Glennister A. Blanchard, Jr. (Kathy) of Harrisburg, PA; and her grandchildren, Megan, John, Issac and Sherri.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be directed to the family to offset some of her medical bills from her extended hospital stay.
