He is survived by: his children, Jeff Blake (Lee-Ann), Kimberly Blake-Kuri (Kenny) and Ashley Kosem (Kristopher); the mother of his children Nancy Morrison Blake Britt; his sisters, Diana Berus (Frank) and Cheryl Newman (Lew); his grandchildren, Jaquiline, Alex, Mitchell, Evan, Karlee and Kannon; his stepgrandchildren, Kenneth and Kayla Kuri; his close friend Naji Abboud; and his pet Gizmo.
