He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Withrow and Janet Withrow; and his father-in-law Ed Klayer. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Withrow; his sons, Alex and Daniel Withrow; his siblings, Robert Withrow (Vicki), Tonya Dutsch (Mike) and Roy Withrow; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Jo Goebel (Jim), Theresa Kappes (Steve) and Julie Crenshaw (James). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins, and many loving nieces and nephews.
