He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Mary Alice Powers; and his children, Teresa Siess (late Curtis), Mary V. Powers, Thomas J. Powers (Sue), Maureen Powers, Timothy Powers and Mary C. Powers. He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
