He is survived by: his parents, Robert Starks and Bonita "Bonnie" Starks; his daughter Shannon Starks (Cody Fuller); his grandchildren, Riley, Tristin and Giovanni; his children, Eric Starks (Josh Mirizzi), Zach Beck (Tara Grimes) and Sarah Dmytryk (Andrew); his grandchildren, Robert and Rebecca; his sibling Michele Sweeney (Scott); his nieces and nephews, Steven, Seiler and Samuel; and his girlfriend Jennifer Fahnestock. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, cousins and many friends.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Cincinnati SPCA or St. Jude.
