He is survived by: his wife Tammy Hines; his children, Kenny (Rosie) and Nicole (Brandon); his grandchildren, Destinee, Nevin, Aaliyah, Kenny III, Kaylie, Kaleeci, Ariella, Keaira, Brennan and Braylen; and his siblings, Jeanne Harjo (Jim), Bill Hines (Sue), Connie Blackburn (Mark), Don Hines, Laura Neiheisel (Dave), Patti Evans, Mike Hines (Rheda) and Tim Hines (Joanna).
