He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter McDowell and Gladys McDowell (Terrel); his son Brian Patrick McDowell; and his brother Walter J. McDowell. He is survived by: his wife Carol McDowell; his son Kevin Lee McDowell (Heidi); his daughter-in-law Lisa McDowell; his grandchildren, Cameron Lee, Aidan Kenneth, Patrick Elwyn, Willem Patrick, Quinn Edward and Katelyn Ann; his mother-in-law Mae Adams; and his niece Kim Monroe.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Pebble Creek Country Club (9799 Prechtel Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45252).
