He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Menkhaus and Lillian Menkhaus; and his sisters, Grace Prendergast (late James) and Muriel Menkhaus. He is survived by: his wife Allene; his children, Linda Ballhaus (Raoul), Mike Menkhaus (Tasha), David Menkhaus (Natalie), Mark Menkhaus (Becky) and Darla Ober (Mike); his grandchildren, Jason Ballhaus, Jenny Holbrock, Christy Zowtiak, Lauren Good, Alex Menkhaus, Jeremy Menkhaus, Evan Menkhaus, Anastasia Goodman, Amy Menkhaus, Angela Menkhaus, George Menkhaus, Tara Menkhaus, Brynne Menkhaus, Mark Menkhaus Jr., Matt Menkhaus, Nicole Snowden, Zac Ober and Jessica Schmidt; and his siblings, Ron Menkhaus (Liz) and Carol Miniard (Paul).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Frederick Funeral Home (2553 Banning Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45239). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bernard Church-Taylor Creek (7130 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45247).
