He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Middleton; his daughters, Sonya Hoop (Jon) and Patty Totten (Jeff); his grandchildren, Alexa Nichols (Luke), Matthew Hoop (Chloe), Ryan Totten (Autumn Zillig) and Mallory Miller (Blake); his great grandchildren, Braislyn Nichols, Bowen Nichols, Archie Hoop, Harry Hoop and Asher Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Jeannie Middleton and Linda Malone. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
