He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Frank; his children, Debbie Sterling (Charlie), Donald Frank Jr., Stan Frank (Sue) and Donna Carroll (Kerry); his grandchildren, Jason (Jennifer), Star, Andy (Heather), Stan Jr. (Sarah), Tiffany (Rob), Taylor, Chris (Stephanie), Johnathan, Ashley and Morgan; and his sister Kathleen Kleinholz (late Pete). He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Queen City Hospice.
