He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Tobe (Heuing); his children, Julie Miesse (Jon), Ryan Tobe (Brook Acheson) and Ashley Tobe; his siblings, Ralph Tobe (Rita), Bertha McDermitt (Steve) and Teresa Heyne (Bob); and his brother-in-law Steve Muhlenkamp (Mary Jo). He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
