He was predeceased by: his parents, Florus Obringer and Hilda Ranly; his stepmother Rosemary Obringer (Weber); and his in-laws, Jane Obringer of Mendon, Betty, Dan McDonough, Charles Johnson, Christine Obringer, Martha Jean Rosenbeck, Bonnie Rosenbeck and Ted Zachariah.
He is survived by: his wife Rose Obringer (Rosenbeck); his children, Doug, Cindy Obringer of Lebanon, Bruce, Kelley Obringer of Signal Mountain, Mark and Tracy Obringer of Coldwater; his grandchildren, Renee Obringer (Thomas Just), Nate Obringer (Abby Overstreet), Andrew Obringer, Ella Obringer, Eddie Obringer, Noah Obringer and Eileen Obringer; his in-laws, Larry, Diana Obringer of Coldwater, Ronald, Ken Obringer of Coldwater, Eugene, Kathy Rosenbeck of Wapakoneta, John Rosenbeck of Texas, Joan Zachariah of Ada, Dennis Rosenbeck of Cincinnati, Patrick'Buck', Lisa Rosenbeck of Coldwater, Vernon, Karen Rosenbeck of Russia, Jeff, Marcia Rosenbeck of Chickasaw, Ann and Neal Forsthoefel of North Carolina; and his pets, Pumpkin, Pinkie and Cavalier.
