We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2023, at the age of 78, Ralph M Gels of Coldwater, Ohio, born in Saint Henry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Henry Gels; his siblings, Ken Gels, Eileen Bruns (Eugene), Mary Lou Weis (Rolland), Lois Brunswick, Janice Hart (Marvin) and Norma Gels; and his parents-in-law, Elmer, Butch Geise (Stelzer), Nick Howe and Deb Tangeman.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Geise; his children, Toni Klosterman (David) and Scott Gels (Becky) of Coldwater; his grandchildren, Jessica Bergman (Josh), Mitchell Klosterman (Leslie Gartrell), Ryan Klosterman (Abigail Stall), McKenna Brannon (Luke), Madison and Elijah Gels; his great grandchild Xavier Bergman; and his siblings, Bob Gels of Eaton, Frank Gels (Lorae) of Union, Joyce Gels of Livermore, CA, Dennis Brunswick of Coldwater, Connie Howe of Coldwater, Sandy Fortkamp (Charles) of Maria Stein, Jim Tangeman (Tammy) of Columbus, Don Geise (Jennifer) of Dayton and Pat Kanney (Jerry) of Coldwater.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mercer County Right to Life or EverHeart Hospice.
