She was predeceased by: her son Charles Scott Powell. She is survived by: her husband Robert B. Kelly; her son Mark Allen Kelly of Union City, IN; and her grandchildren, Michael Powell, Tammy Grieshop and David Powell. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
