We bid farewell to Phyllis J. Kessen of Coldwater, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 19, 2025 at the age of 90. Phyllis touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Long and Alena Long (Borges); and her in-laws, Harold Long, Gerald Long, Ida Lou, Francis Harrod, Charles, Marlene Long, Delbert Long, Ralph Kessen, Kenneth and Lucille Kessen.
She is survived by: her husband LeRoy Kessen of Kessen's Auto Trim; her children, Theodore Kessen of Coldwater, Deborah (Tim Beck), Pamela (Dave Tumbusch) and Dee Schmidt of St. Marys; and her sister Mary Ann Garman of Chickasaw. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home (715 E Main St, Coldwater, OH 45828). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church (102 W Main St, Coldwater, OH 45828).
