He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Burker and Helen Burker (Lightner). He is survived by: his wife Cerina Burker (Butler); his children, Nick Burker (Jennifer), Ecco Burker, Constance Slavin (Justin), Jessica Mckeever, Pam King, Dawn Burker, Amanda Burker (Lewis), Samantha Walters, Tiffany Paul, Adalee Burker, Barret Burker and Da'Ron Jones; and his siblings, Mickey Taylor (Gary), Jack Burker, Jerry Burker and Denny Burker. He is also survived by children and grandchildren.
